Applying for a DHA, DOH, or MOH license can be an overwhelming experience due to the complex registration process. For individuals unfamiliar with the rules and regulations in the UAE, searching through multiple websites can be extremely time-consuming. We understand the challenges and are here to alleviate that burden for you. Simply provide your profession, basic details, and requested documentation, and leave the rest to us.
After registering on our website for the selected package, you will receive an email from us requesting the necessary information. Once we have assessed your eligibility and you have purchased the package, we can initiate the process.
Even if you possess the required certificates, exemption from exams is not guaranteed. Each case is individually assessed by the examination committee.
Licensed experience is the only type of experience that is taken into account.
Generally, the required information includes:
- Educational Certificates (all in color copy)
- Passport photo, Passport copy
- Experience letters (last 5 years for Specialist/Consultant; 2 years + 1-year internship for GP)
- Good Standing Certificate (latest, within 6 months)
- Medical Board Registration Certificate
- Logbook for surgeons (last 2 years) signed and stamped by Medical Director
PSV (Primary Source Verification) checks educational background, training, experience, and other credentials. Data Flow, a third-party organization, performs PSV in the UAE.
Valid for 6 months (some countries like the UK: 3 months).
A certificate issued by the Medical Council/Regulatory body confirming:
- You are entitled to practice medicine
- You were not disqualified, suspended, or prohibited
- No issues affecting your good standing
Typically 8–10 weeks, possibly longer if more information is requested. PSV verification by Data Flow can take up to 3 months.
After submitting documentation and completing Data Flow, you may be advised to book your exam. License issuance happens after passing the exam and completing Data Flow.
No, package fees do not include examination costs. Fees must be paid directly to the exam board.
Designed to apply for licenses in 2 or more Emirates.
To increase your chances of finding a job, it is advisable to apply for all Emirates.
No, one license is applied first. After Data Flow completion, the other Emirate license is applied.
Costs would double and submitting the same documents twice complicates authority processes.

DHA uses Prometric with test centers in 135 countries. DOH uses Pearson with some exams locally required in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Yes, we assist in job placement but cannot guarantee a job.
Refunds possible only within 1 week for mistakes, minus processing and transaction fees. No refunds otherwise.
No. Fees are received from the medical facility.
